Finally! I've been experimenting with different "copycat" recipes for Bonefish Grill's Bang Bang Shrimp for a couple of years. Finally, the Food Network folks have nailed it!! This recipe is in the April 2010 issue of Food Network Magazine. The only change I made was to add some Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce to add more zip. Serves 4 as an appetizer or 2 as a main dish.

    Recipe #444306

Great make-ahead appetizer. My former boss shared this recipe with me, but I don't know it's origin.

    Recipe #439514

Another recipe from Biggest Loser. This Chili is excellent and very filling for it's touted 150 calories per cup! It certainly doesn't taste like it's missing anything to reduce the calorie count.

From Better Homes & Gardens "New" Cookbook, Circa 1968. This has been and always will be my go to recipe when the Michigan Red Haven Peaches are in season.

The Jalapeno-Lime Butter makes the fresh taste of grilled corn on the cob come alive!! It's not too hot - just the right amount of jalapeno flavor. This recipe came from the Epicurious website and I've prepared it for a couple of summers now. Always a surprise taste experience for guests!

From Bobby Flay's Mesa Grill Cookbook. Great salad for a crowd, although his dressing is a bit "tame". If you want it spicier, mix half a cup of mayo and half a cup of Hidden Valley Spicy Ranch instead of the dressing Bobby uses.

This recipe is from Cooking Light. Prepared it for Memorial Day on the grill and it is definitely worth sharing. It is company worthy yet quick and easy. The leftover Mustard Barbecue Sauce was also really good served with Brats a couple of days later

This recipe is the closest I have found to the red cabbage my grandmother made. I hated it as a kid. I had to sit at the table until I ate at least 2 spoonfuls - I would rather have died. Now, I love it!!! I serve it with Recipe #59717 and smashed redskin potatoes. An absolutely wonderful autumn meal.

A tomato-based chowder which is a meal in a bowl. Great for cold winter evenings, and special enough for company.

    Recipe #257976

Sometimes needing something quick for dinner with nothing particular in mind ends up being phenomenal! This is one of those "made up at the last minute" dishes that turned out to be a favorite. The recipe posted can also be changed to use Knorr Garlic Herb sauce mix instead of Parma Rosa.

    Recipe #257819

A ceviche-type appetizer, but not a true ceviche because it's poached. A great special-occasion first course.

This is a barbecue sauce for steak originally from the Weber Grill folks. Brush a little of this on your steak before removing it from the grill and all your guests will wonder what your secret is! We are so addicted we can hardly eat a grilled steak without it.

    Recipe #181808

Always the favorite appetizer at holiday get-togethers! Serve with crackers or toasted baguette slices.

We enjoyed this salad at Broussard's lovely restaurant in New Orleans. They were kind enough to share the recipe.
