An adaptation of a Real Simple recipe. It needed more time to cook and a few extra ingredients. You can adjust the level of spiciness or the type of beer. It calls for larger, but I have used Magic Hat and Miller light, both times it came out excellent.
It's a little healthier and lots more delicious chili. Sneak in vegetables that look great if spotted. You can use any variation of colors for the peppers. I use turkey sausage instead of pork and mix hot and mild. Any kind of beer you have on hand will work well. Top it all off with Mexican cheese and sour cream!
