    This is sooo different from the other Wild Rice Recipes I have used. It is delish. What a wonderful difference, but I love pecans, apples etc. Time is overnight chill.

    This is a fantastic recipe.I served this to 30 guests for the first time in 1994, at a BBQ, on 4th of July. The raves were soooo good, everyone wanted the recipe. We had family visiting from Minnesota, and they thought they had ate corn every possible way that was good, till they tried this. This is very simple. We love it soo much, I brave the winter to go out to the gas grill. Another great recipe from Taste of Home.

    These are the cutest rolls you'll ever eat! I loved all the raves..And they taste good too. I started making these for my boys when they were about 6, 8 and 10. Had to always make lots for all their friends, and all the adults loved them too. The honey butter is delish too. This is another recipe from Taste of Home. I also did tie a ribbon around the neck of the bears for the kids.(well, maybe the adults too!) If you have kids or grandkids they will be sooo excited to see the bread at the table. I often made these in the winter for my boys and their friends as a treat.

    This looks and taste fabulous! It has only 2 ingredients--all store bought. If you love Suzie Q's this cake is for you! There is no baking, or mixing, but looks like a million,and is very impressive to serve. My family loved it! If you love chocolate you may use chocolate frosting for a double chocolate treat. To make it look even more spectacular, garnish with the chocolate curls. I hope someone makes this and can take a picture of it, as I don't know how to post. The vertical layers of chocolate and white are very impressive, this is extremely easy to make. I couldn't remember the size of my springform pan, but it took an extra box of snack cakes for me,not the entire box, but nobody seemed to balk at eating the leftovers there either, and I didn't think to count them. but it was worth it.Time does not include overnight refrigeration.     Recipe comes from local paper. Meyer lemons are a cross between a lemon and a mandarin orange. They are sweeter than a lemon and are called a true lemon they have a pure, true lemon flavor.Look for them in your local supermarket. You can freeze the juice for future use. I think you will love them. They do have a distictive flavor, they have no bitter aftertaste, and make great lemonade, be sure to use less sugar.

    Found this in a local newspaper. Can't wait to try it. Wanted to post it before I lose it. Meyer lemons are a type of lemon, they are a cross between a lemon and a mandarin orange. Their are sweeter and a little less acidic flavor. These lemons are from California and are found across the country. Look in your grocery stores or specialty stores. Whole Foods, Wild Oats, Schnucks, Dierbergs, and Straubs in the Midwest. The season runs from November to May. Chefs are said to love to cook with these lemons.

    This is another version of the 7 layer salad, but it does not contain any cheese. My family prefers it. I hope you like it, it is requested often. It will not seem like enough dressing at first, but trust me just keep mixing. This is a wonderful version given to me by a dear friend, Patty over 20 years ago.     These are the most adorable cookies ever! I wish I could post a picture, haven't learned how yet. This is from Taste of Home, I made these last Christmas for the first time, and they were a huge hit! The kids loved them, and the adults were busy trying to figure out how to make them themselves this year. They do taste yummy, but people are so busy admiring them, it's a while before they remember they are a cookie and can eat them. Got raves in all my holiday trays. They were really fun to make and not hard at all.
