    My mother got this recipe from her sister Viv, don't know where she got it, but I love it. It is not too sweet, is soooo creamy smooth. I always loved it when mom made it on a cake for strawberries. I still use it, and love it on a Butter Pecan Cake, I am often asked to bring that for a desert. This frosting would go great on any flavor.For those of us who don't always want a sugary frosting, you can't get better than this.

    This is a wonderful tasting, easy salad. I forgot I needed to take a dish to a graduation party about 5 years ago, and was trying to figure out what I could do with the ingredients I had on hand. I found this recipe in quick cooking. Everyone raved and wanted the recipe, and I have been making it every since. This is easy to lighten calories by substituting FF SF pudding, light sour cream skim milk.

    This is one of my favorite summer dishes. I serve it a lot for guests when we are outdoors, but I love it sooo much I will go out in the winter to make these on the grill.     I have been making this pie every St Patricks Day since 1995. This pie is green, and with the white meringue topping looks scumpcious. It goes so well with your corn beef and cabbage, and Irish soda bread, a great finish to a special meal.Comes from Taste of Home.

    Yummy low points dessert. Very simple. 1 cup is 3 pts. I usually drain fruit juices into pudding mix first and then blend fruit in, it is just easier for me. You may also want to try this with SF FF Banana Cream Pudding.

I'm sure there are other combinations, but I like this because you know me quantity. Not sure on the servings because I don't count them. Del Monte fresh Cut is what I use.     This is a very easy and very tasty chicken dish. I can even eat this on Weight Watchers,I just don't serve with the buttered noodles. Marinate time is only 15 min. so it is also quick. Prep time does not incluce marinating. Can't remember where I got this recipe from to give them credit.

    OH MY GOSH!!!!! Finally a recipe that suits me. I can litterly eat the WHOLE PIE!! This is a Weight Watcher version, the difference in this one is you leave out the pudding. You really can eat the whole pie for less than 2 points! It tastes great too. I love this! I am a quantity eater. I can have a slice several times a day. For a whole pie, I don't miss the crust.     This is soo good and easy, it does not require a pastry puff. I even use a Pillsbury ready pie crust, if I am short on time. I gave this recipe to my cousin who considers herself a desert chef, and she loved it, and has used it many times for many occasions. I use it a lot in the fall when apples are seasonal, but it is also good year round.
