My mother got this recipe from her sister Viv, don't know where she got it, but I love it. It is not too sweet, is soooo creamy smooth. I always loved it when mom made it on a cake for strawberries. I still use it, and love it on a Butter Pecan Cake, I am often asked to bring that for a desert. This frosting would go great on any flavor. For those of us who don't always want a sugary frosting, you can't get better than this.

    Recipe #155619

This is a wonderful tasting, easy salad. I forgot I needed to take a dish to a graduation party about 5 years ago, and was trying to figure out what I could do with the ingredients I had on hand. I found this recipe in quick cooking. Everyone raved and wanted the recipe, and I have been making it every since. This is easy to lighten calories by substituting FF SF pudding, light sour cream skim milk.

    Recipe #155618

These are sooo good. My boys requested them often when they were at home. I loved to see their face light up when they had overnite guests and I told them that these were on the menu. I would hear them brag to their friends what a great cook mom was. What better compliment could I get. With a gas grill you can enjoy these year round. This is Taste of Home 1994. Prep time includes marinading overnite.

    Recipe #155449

This is one of my favorite summer dishes. I serve it a lot for guests when we are outdoors, but I love it sooo much I will go out in the winter to make these on the grill. If you have a gas grill you don't have to wait till summer to enjoy them, they are a treat in the winter also.Have been grilling these since 94. Another great recipe from TOH.

    Recipe #155448

I have been making this pie every St Patricks Day since 1995. This pie is green, and with the white meringue topping looks scumpcious. It goes so well with your corn beef and cabbage, and Irish soda bread, a great finish to a special meal.Comes from Taste of Home.

    Recipe #155447

Yummy low points dessert. Very simple. 1 cup is 3 pts. I usually drain fruit juices into pudding mix first and then blend fruit in, it is just easier for me. You may also want to try this with SF FF Banana Cream Pudding.

    Recipe #155444

This is a yummy easy recipe. 1 breast is 4 pts. I often used the flash frozen breasts for this. I use 4 4oz breasts.

    Recipe #155442

This is a very good side dish for WW. I make it often. Very simple, sometimes I substitute frozen green beans for the fresh. The entire pan is 8 pts

    Recipe #155440

This is easy, yummy and is only 5 points for the ENTIRE POT!!!!!!!!! There is another recipe posted for this, but this is entirely different. I'm sure there are other combinations, but I like this because you know me quantity. Not sure on the servings because I don't count them. Del Monte fresh Cut is what I use. This also can be made in crock pot.

    Recipe #155273

This is a very easy and very tasty chicken dish. I can even eat this on Weight Watchers,I just don't serve with the buttered noodles. Marinate time is only 15 min. so it is also quick. Prep time does not incluce marinating. Can't remember where I got this recipe from to give them credit.

    Recipe #155220

I really like this corned beef. It is delicious. You put it on and forget about it for about 4 or 5 hrs. It is the best crock pot recipe for corned beef I have ever tried.

    Recipe #155219

This is a good change of pace WW recipe. It is healthy and very different. Gives you one more choice for a lunch idea. As written it is 5 pts. But I lighten it up with low fat peanut butter and WW bread, 2 slices for 1 pt.

    Recipe #155218

This recipe comes from my friend Vera back in 1974. I loved it then, and I still love it. We are still friends, I was just thinkin, I really should tell her I still use her recipes. The box of piecrust mix is a guesstimate as I didn't have one on hand at this time. Sorry for the inconvience, but there is only one size to my knowledege.

    Recipe #155215

This great recipe came from my good friend Vera back in 1974, I have been enjoying it every since. Not sure where she got it from it is delicious, as all her recipes are.

    Recipe #155204

This is a weight watcher recipe, and one of my favorites. My whole family loves this. It is only 3pts for 1 cup! I didn't see it posted anywhere, and thought I would share it. It is so simple and good. Servings are a guestimate, as my family doesn't have to stick to one cup.

    Recipe #154715

OH MY GOSH!!!!! Finally a recipe that suits me. I can litterly eat the WHOLE PIE!! This is a Weight Watcher version, the difference in this one is you leave out the pudding. You really can eat the whole pie for less than 2 points! It tastes great too. I love this! I am a quantity eater. I can have a slice several times a day. For a whole pie, I don't miss the crust. I can always have dessert after a meal!

    Recipe #154678

Great Weight Watcher recipe. This is a great dip, but also on top of a baked potato as the name says. The entire bowl is 25 points, or 2 1/2 pts per serving. Use you imagination on what you can use this on. Only 2 steps to make.

    Recipe #154675

This is a very good Weight Watcher recipe for those cold days. It is only 2 point per cup. Servings are a guess.

    Recipe #154674

These are great! I like to serve them as appetizers. They are great for things like Superbowl parties, or when guests or over. I have even made them ahead and then taken to someone else's house and popped them in oven there, and then topped them. This recipe comes from Loma-Linda's Mexican Cuisine.

    Recipe #154670

This is soo good and easy, it does not require a pastry puff. I even use a Pillsbury ready pie crust, if I am short on time. I gave this recipe to my cousin who considers herself a desert chef, and she loved it, and has used it many times for many occasions. I use it a lot in the fall when apples are seasonal, but it is also good year round.
