    This is a recipe from the Blue Owl Restaurant and Bakery in Kimmswick, Missouri. Kimmswick is an historic town. This restaurant has even been featured on the Food Network. When I saw this recipe I couldn't wait to try it, so I did, it was delicious !!! I had so much faith in this recipe that I doubled it on the first try, and I am glad I did, they flew out of here with the family. The owner of the restaurant says this is a favorite and bestseller for them. I am sure you will enjoy it, this is one of the easiest recipes I have ever made, but it is one of the best ! Tastes like a Gooey Butter Cake!! I myself used parchment paper which made the cookies thicker and gooeyier if there is such a word LOL Prep time includes 30 min refrigeration.

    This is a great salad that my WWatcher leader gave out. It is a reg salad that she always made, and then she played around with it and lowered the points. Still has great flavor, you will never miss the fat! 2/3 cup is 2 1/2 points. Servings are a guesstimate, because everyone might eat a different serving, we are not all WW out there. But what an easy way to reduce our fat and calorie intake, it was really painless. Served this, and no one noticed that it was low fat, just thought it was a delicious salad. Now that's what I like!

    This is the easiest dip you can make. It tastes fabulous. Even if you are not on a diet, or not worried about calories just mix with regular sour cream or lite. Everyone loves this. This is a simple recipe on the back of the Hidden Valley Package, but I never thought of using those for a wieght control diet. If you are a WWatcher just count your sour cream, so that depends on wither you use the fat-free or non-fat, but trust me you can use the non-fat and connot tell the difference. I love this with carrot sticks, in fact I prefer vegetable to dip with this instead of chips.

    This pie is so good. I have been making this recipe for 23 years. When my boys were small we always went to the apple orchard and picked our own apples for this pie, and then made a bunch and gave to nieghbors and friends.     I don't remember where this came from, we have been using it for so long. But my family and friends have had great success using this. My sons tonsils were soo swollen that he could not swallow his own saliva, had to go to er to get IV from dehydration, and dr. said that his tonsils needed to come out. He constantly had sore throats. Well he still has his tonsils, and is not bothered by sore throats anymore. This mixture is suppose to kill 99% of bacteria.

    This is my very favorite dip for fruit! After 25 years it is still tops in my most asked for, which I love because it is so easy. I really like it with strawberries. I love to make a platter of grapes strawberries bananas cantaloupe, etc. with this dip to serve in the middle. The colors are wonderful, and make it very attractive to serve. This is just awsome!

It's one of those dishes you can always put togerther fast, and always seem to have the ingredients handy. I think it was about 5 or 6 years ago. Been making it every since.

    This is another wonderful TOH recipe I have been making since 1995. My family and friends love it! It is great during the hot summer months, and a staple at 4th of July. The dressing is very different and wonderful, looks great in a melon boat, or you can use trifle dish, either way it is a hit. For the ingredients the watermelon is about half a melon, the cantaloup is about 1 medium, the honeydew is about 1 medium, and the peaches are about 2.
