This is a recipe from the Blue Owl Restaurant and Bakery in Kimmswick, Missouri. Kimmswick is an historic town. This restaurant has even been featured on the Food Network. When I saw this recipe I couldn't wait to try it, so I did, it was delicious !!! I had so much faith in this recipe that I doubled it on the first try, and I am glad I did, they flew out of here with the family. The owner of the restaurant says this is a favorite and bestseller for them. I am sure you will enjoy it, this is one of the easiest recipes I have ever made, but it is one of the best ! Tastes like a Gooey Butter Cake!! I myself used parchment paper which made the cookies thicker and gooeyier if there is such a word LOL Prep time includes 30 min refrigeration.

    Recipe #341550

I got this from a friend about 25 years ago, it is simple, and tastes delicious. My kids will still stop by just to have a bowl when I make it! Usually I do add a can of minced clams to it also.

    Recipe #278748

This is a great salad that my WWatcher leader gave out. It is a reg salad that she always made, and then she played around with it and lowered the points. Still has great flavor, you will never miss the fat! 2/3 cup is 2 1/2 points. Servings are a guesstimate, because everyone might eat a different serving, we are not all WW out there. But what an easy way to reduce our fat and calorie intake, it was really painless. Served this, and no one noticed that it was low fat, just thought it was a delicious salad. Now that's what I like!

    Recipe #223305

Given to me by WW leader. Good lowfat, low point desert. Sorry I don't remember how long this takes to bake. One serving is 3 points.

    Recipe #218051

WW recipe that is 5 pts per serving. One serving is one slice of beef and one cup of vegetables.

    Recipe #217844

This is from my WW leader. Hope u like it. One cup is 3 points

    Recipe #217843

Great low fat low cal dish 4 1/2oz = 3 points

    Recipe #207222

Good low fat low cal dip. Easy to make. Makes 10 servings at 1 point each

    Recipe #207196

This is the easiest dip you can make. It tastes fabulous. Even if you are not on a diet, or not worried about calories just mix with regular sour cream or lite. Everyone loves this. This is a simple recipe on the back of the Hidden Valley Package, but I never thought of using those for a wieght control diet. If you are a WWatcher just count your sour cream, so that depends on wither you use the fat-free or non-fat, but trust me you can use the non-fat and connot tell the difference. I love this with carrot sticks, in fact I prefer vegetable to dip with this instead of chips.

    Recipe #207179

This is a great cole slaw for those of us who have to watch our weight, or just want to eat healthy. This whole thing is = 2 WW points

    Recipe #207174

This pie is so good. I have been making this recipe for 23 years. When my boys were small we always went to the apple orchard and picked our own apples for this pie, and then made a bunch and gave to nieghbors and friends. They always looked forward to fall and this pie. Nothing fancy, just a good old fashioned apple pie.

    Recipe #199244

My kids have loved this since they were pre-teens. I still make it. You may use any kind of citrus soda you choose instead of grapefruit. I usually use Surge.

    Recipe #172418

This is a great way to prepare zucchini. Amounts are approx., adjust for size of your zucchini.

    Recipe #172186

This is so quick and easy and has a great taste. Don't remember where it originated, could be a WW recipe. It would be very easy to sub low fat cheese, I do.

    Recipe #172185

I don't remember where this came from, we have been using it for so long. But my family and friends have had great success using this. My sons tonsils were soo swollen that he could not swallow his own saliva, had to go to er to get IV from dehydration, and dr. said that his tonsils needed to come out. He constantly had sore throats. Well he still has his tonsils, and is not bothered by sore throats anymore. This mixture is suppose to kill 99% of bacteria.

    Recipe #172184

This is my very favorite dip for fruit! After 25 years it is still tops in my most asked for, which I love because it is so easy. I really like it with strawberries. I love to make a platter of grapes strawberries bananas cantaloupe, etc. with this dip to serve in the middle. The colors are wonderful, and make it very attractive to serve. This is just awsome!

    Recipe #172097

This is a very light cucumber salad that I started making about 20 years ago, when I first started worrying about calories ha! Sometimes I sub. a vadalia onion when in season. I don't remember where I got this recipe from, but I still make it.

    Recipe #172092

    This is easy, and delicous.

    Recipe #168179

Another easy great recipe, can't remember where I got it from, but it is a good one, remember trying it when I had some ground beef thawed and didn't know what to make for dinner, and found this, the family loved it. It's one of those dishes you can always put togerther fast, and always seem to have the ingredients handy. I think it was about 5 or 6 years ago. Been making it every since.

    Recipe #168041

This is another wonderful TOH recipe I have been making since 1995. My family and friends love it! It is great during the hot summer months, and a staple at 4th of July. The dressing is very different and wonderful, looks great in a melon boat, or you can use trifle dish, either way it is a hit. For the ingredients the watermelon is about half a melon, the cantaloup is about 1 medium, the honeydew is about 1 medium, and the peaches are about 2.
