    I created this recipe to use up excess vegetables from my home garden. You could probably be creative and sub any veggy's or cheese you prefer and if you wanted to save the time you could use frozen bread dough.Time to cook does not include time in bread maker or time to chop vegetables.

    I've always loved homemade spaghetti sauce and this one is my favorite. If you like your sauce chunky don't run through food mill, I usually make some smooth and some chunky. Also the original recipe called for 2 Hot peppers to be cooked in the oil with the garlic and onions.

    These are delicious and fat free and they have only 6 ingredients. I love pancakes and when I went on a diet I was worried that I would have to give them up until I found this recipe. If you are on WW these are only 1 point each. I didn't have any buttermilk so I substituted sour milk made with super skim and they still turned out wonderful.

    These are a favorite around my house. They have no oil or eggs in them but the pumpkin keeps them moist. This recipe is also easy to halve or double. And you can change this recipe easily by using any kind of chips or by repacing the chips with raisins. I have also used candied fruit at christmas time in place of the chips.

    I found a similiar recipe for this slightly spicy soup in Taste of Homes Light and Tasty Cook Book and tweeked it to make it even more low fat. This is a great light lunch for a hot summer day. I used 6 baby green zucchini and 1 medium yellow zucchini and guessed at the measurements. I really didn't think I would like cold soup but it is delicious and easy to prepare. If I calculated this correctly it is only 1 WW point per 1 Cup serving.

    I created this recipe while looking for a zucchini muffin that would be low in WW points. After two failed attempts I came up with these. They are delicious, easy to make,and if I calculated this correctly they are 2 pts each. Nobody will know these are low fat or low sugar. If you wanted to make these more nutritious you could probably use 1/2 wheat flour.
