This is delicious with any type of meat, poultry, or fish, or even just schmeared on flatbread.

    Recipe #497482

The classic French dish poulet a la diable goes meatball. Fantastic when served with garlic mashed potatoes and pepperocini.

    Recipe #497116

How do you make bacon even more unhealthy? Why, add a lot of mayo, of course! Healthy be damned, though. This is good!

    Recipe #497098

    Simple, inexpensive, and delicious.

    Recipe #497036

THE sauce and marinade for a lot of East African dishes, particularly those from Mozambique.

    Recipe #497035

It's been a long time since I've posted a recipe, so I figured I'd go with a simple favorite here. During my time away, I've been exploring African and Middle Eastern food a lot. This one, from Benin, requires almost no work, and the flavors are fantastic. (Note: I usually roughly chop them, to spread the goodness around.)

    Recipe #497032

This is for real garlic lovers and goes very well over chicken or fish.

    Recipe #473902

This can be thrown together the night before serving. In fact, it's even better to serve it after letting the flavors mingle for a good while in the fridge before doing so. Shredded carrots can be added as well.

You can use this rub on any chicken, but I like it on thighs. They just have more flavor and don't dry out like breasts do. The rub can be stretched, though, to cover a whole chicken, if you like.

    Recipe #456372

A friend of mine passed this along to me a few weeks ago, and I can't thank him enough. Served over rice, this makes a great meal by itself. And it's so quick and simple to make!

    Recipe #455484

Want Indian food, but don't have the time or all the ingredients? Try this quick version of an Indian classic. Serve with rice and roti or naan.

    Recipe #454657

This is a pared-down version of san choy bau that is really easy to make but still very tasty. I like to serve mine with sesame noodles (one of my gf's favorites).

    Recipe #454308

Pasta with salami makes for a nice change of pace from your standard tomato sauce. This recipe can be whipped together in no time.

    Recipe #454226

This pickle pairs great with chicken or fish. If saving for later, store in an airtight jar.

    Recipe #453781

The maple syrup and sriracha sauce in this combine for one helluva delicious flavor. If you're a fan of sriracha sauce like I am, you're going to love these.

    Recipe #453780

This is an Arabic dish, similar to the Lebanese loubieh. Great served over rice with some warm flatbread. You can also add meat (lamb -- especially lamb! -- or beef works well) to this dish, but if you do, cook the meat until almost done before following the directions here.

    Recipe #452391

Got this from the folks at Kraft and tried it last night. It's an interesting and different way to serve carrots.

    Recipe #452218

A delicious and, as the title says, spicy way to serve plantains.
