This recipe is all over the Internet! They are yummy, easy & most of all, really healthy yet delicious. I did change it up a little, but here's the link to the original recipe: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/stella13.htm. Serving size is an estimate; I divided the recipe by a third for a one person meal. Enjoy!!
I wish I could remember where I got this-it was somewhere on the Internet! But it's fabulous, filling, delicious & very nutritious! I know the ingredients seems small for one serving, but I find it to be enough. Feel free to double up, though, if you're really hungry!
I got this recipe off the Internet a few years ago (I wish I could remember where!). It originally called for meat, which I still add, but lately I've been using it as a marinara sauce for main dishes that require spaghetti sauce. It's yummy, simple & comes together in no time. Plus you can easily cut it in half for whatever purposes! I use this for pizza-type recipes as well! Please feel free to play around with the spices!
I came up with this for lunch today & it was so delicious I thought I'd share it! I am not a tomato fan, so that's why I said it was optional! I had this with a few baked Cheetos & a salad, but this would probably be great with some soup! This is a very "full" wrap, so please use both hands when eating to avoid a mess :-).
I found this on the "Light & Tasty" website but I modified it to fit my tastes. It has a kind of Greek flair to it! Feel free to play around with the seasonings to suit one's preference as I did! I think it could also be served in a pita pocket as well.
I think I found this on Kraft's website. I enjoyed it a lot so I thought I'd share it! For the lettuce, I use lettuce from the "bagged salad" that you can get from supermarkets. Any head of lettuce in my two person family goes to waste!
I need to give props to recipe#214730 cuz it gave me the start to come up with this recipe! It has an Italian flair to it & comes together very quickly. Please feel free to play around with the spices that are mixed into the pasta; these were my personal choices. It's delicious & healthy, too. Please enjoy!
This is my first recipe submission & I'm nervous but excited! I modified this recipe from recipe #15344 to suit my dietary needs. Feel free to play around with the ingredients. It's delicious & healthy, too. Enjoy!
