Sage is an unsuspected partner for fish. It needs a strong partner, and bluefish is ideal. Although full-flavored by it's self bluefish tastes almost like meat when marinated with fresh sage, lemon, garlic and olive oil.

This dish needs to be made in advance as the shrimp has to chill for 4 to 8 hours before cooking to allow the flavors to set in. The cooking method used is broiling but the shrimp could also be grilled over charcoal or sauteed in olive oil.
These cookies will have a moist, brownie like texture the day you make them and get crispier the following day. You can also make them with other favorite chocolate candies. I like white chocolate chip cookies so this looks like a winner! You can use the white chocolate chips if you can't find the chunks. I'm not sure of the serving size. When i make them I'll post the serving size. Right now it's 24 as it seems like a safe number.
