    I've never been able to tell the difference between this imposter and the real deal. Easy, Easy, Easy!! I actually overheard this recipe at a meeting when I was working as a journalist. I tried it, and it's a winner! You might be able to get more than 70 cookies out of this recipe.

    This is one of the best pasta/seafood dishes I have ever tasted! I know the recipe came from a cookbook, but a friend gave it to me several years ago (xeroxed the page) and the title of the book doesn't appear. Sorry I can't give credit! I've made it with scallops, too, and it's just as good.

    I got this recipe after I became a friend of Philadelphia Cream Cheese on Facebook. They offered a free cookbook and coupons to those who were willing to make the dish and rate it. Of course, I did and they gave me permission to share the recipe here! This is a real keeper! After making it strictly by the directions, I made it again, this time substituting cubed tvp for the meat. WOW! We liked it just as much! So enjoy!     Taquitos are my very favorite Mexican food. This is a good recipe because it's so adaptable! The cook time varies, for some reason, so when they look done, take them out of the frying pan.

    This is a delicious side that's great for pot luck or cookout! Easy to make, too. My friend, Betsy, gave me the recipe several years ago and we've been enjoying it ever since. The number of potatoes is a guestimate because another friend, who raises potatoes in her garden, gives them to me and they vary in size.

    One thing we are sworn to do where I work is listen to our customers. That paid off big time for me when, the other day, a customer was looking for a tawny port. She said she was in town visiting her family and she had to have it for her spaghetti sauce. I took her to the port and then inquired about her sauce. This recipe is what she told me. It's one of those "Go Figure" recipes that turned out every bit as delicious as she said it would. You can taste a little of the sweetness, but it's a great variation and we enjoyed it very much.

    I have been making this recipe for years and it is always a hit with family and guests. Not sure where it originated, but whoever concocted it gets a gold star! The recipe is easily doubled or trippled and I always double the sauce so we'll have plenty to spoon over rice.

    I found this recipe on the Providence, R.I. Journal website and I figured, hey, with the season of hobgoblins drawing near, it wouldn't hurt to have a good recipe using lots of garlic to keep the vampires at bay!!     This is a different type of spaghetti that I got from Vegetarian Times Complete Cookbook. It's a nice change from tomato-based recipes and we enjoy it because it is! A few hot pepper flakes give it a little zing. Use salt to your own taste and enjoy!

    This sounds a little weird, but the taste is astounding!! A good way to get rid of some of that prolific zucchini, too!! Small patties make a great hors d'oeuvre for parties. My experience is that zucchini can have different amounts of juice, so the bread crumbs may need to be increased. Also, more Old Bay can be added to taste.

    I love to freeze part of the fruit I use in smoothies because that eliminates the need to use ice and water down the flavor! This is a refreshing, yet rich-tasting smoothie that we enjoy often. Prep time does not include time to freeze bananas or slice mangoes.
