My daughter brought this recipe back from her honeymoon in Argentina. It is very simple....the longest part is just marinating. (8 hours). This is not included in prep time as it is inactive prep time. Any leftovers are great on a sandwich or on a salad!
A quick weeknight dinner. You can let the mushrooms stand while you are preparing your chicken. From Bon Appetit magazine. Adjusted slightly for my taste. The 20 to 30 minutes standing time for the mushrooms is not included in prep and cooking time.

Super Important: Only use butter in this recipe....no margarine! That is what makes this recipe work. For the lemon dessert lovers out there. Like a lemon shortbread cookie. Prep and cook time does not include the 6 hours of chilling time! Cook time depends on the size of your oven and cookie sheets. Each cookie sheet cooks for 12 minutes.
I've found Sriracha Chili Sauce with Garlic a couple of times next to the regular Sriracha. That is what I use in this sauce. You can increase or decrease the amount of chili sauce with garlic depending on the degree of heat you want in the sauce.
