From the Arkansas Favorites Cookbook. Wrapped up in decorated cellophane, this would make a nice gift!

    Recipe #259841

Another recipe from a local grocery store. Use pumpkin cookie cutters and ice. Icing recipe is also included. Time to make does not include the decorating time.

    Recipe #257712

Another recipe from the fall magazine of a local grocery store. Think this might hit the spot for Thanksgiving desert this year. This makes 2 pies.

    Recipe #257711

This came from the fall magazine of a local grocery store. I have not tried this but it sounds delicious !

    Recipe #257709

This is the absolute favorite cookie in my house. I've been using this exact recipe for the past 6-8 years which originally came from a high school cafeteria cookbook. It was tough trying to get this recipe, then after I got it, it was for 350 servings ! It's now scaled down to 4 dozen, but they don't last long...maybe 350 cookies IS the way to go ! ETA: Reviewers have added an extra cup of flour to the mix with success. I still make them as originally posted.

    Recipe #250824

This makes for a quick chocolate fix ! It's not your grandma's fudge by any means, but it will cure your sweet tooth in a short amount of time. Add whatever type of nut you prefer or keep it plain.

    Recipe #249752

Another favorite out of my Amish cookbook ! We used to live near an Amish community and their doughnuts and breads were unbelievable ! Time listed does not include the rising or frying.

    Recipe #249578

PLEASE DON'T MAKE THIS UNTIL I CAN BE SURE THE INGREDIENTS ARE CORRECT. I have had this recipe for so long and have not made it recently. I can no longer remember if the oil is for frying OR to be added when mixing your batter. I will update this as soon as I get a chance to make them. Thanks !

    Recipe #249574

Flavored butters are the best ! My family has this on hand around the holidays, but it can be made anytime. Great on yeasty rolls or crackers. We make it with the jellied cranberry for a smoother consistency.

    Recipe #243488

This is great garlic bread ! I have cheated and used what's on hand; minced garlic, salted butter, dried parsley and Italian bread. It's so much better using Martha's way, don't skimp as I did.

    Recipe #243016

Another yummy butter ! Great on toasted english muffins and bagels.

    Recipe #243011

A recipe I found online a few years back. I haven't made this, but it sounds like a keeper! I imagine you can substitute other fruit fillings as well.

    Recipe #243007

This came out of Midwest Living magazine and took first place in the Elkhart County Fair. When you can't get fresh strawberries, this is the next best thing! Cooking time doesn't include churning.

    Recipe #243006

A good gut buster for breakfast or dinner ! Serve over biscuits slathered in butter. This can be made up a day in advance to meld the flavors. I buy the Jimmy Dean sage flavored sausage in the 1 pound rolls.

    Recipe #239247

This makes a very light batter. The perfect coating for deep fried vegetables. I've used it on shrimp with great results as well.

    Recipe #238925

A nice addition to your Thanksgiving table ! This came from an Austin, TX Junior Forum collection of recipes. I have not included boil time for the potatoes.

    Recipe #238923

This dressing tastes the best when it's almost ice cold !

    Recipe #238921

There aren't too many things better than peanut butter and chocolate mixed together ! These cookies have 3 different chips, but feel free to change the chips according to your preferences. I use a #40 cookie scoop, which is similar in size to a heaping tablespoon. This recipe calls for 3 bags of chips ! If you replace the shortening with more margarine, you will have a crisp cookie.

    Recipe #238908

My old neighbor has managed a Red Lobster for years and this is his recipe for these yummy buscuits ! My 13 yr old loves making these and we always double the recipe.

    Recipe #238907

This recipe comes from the Schoolhouse Cookbook, 2001. Sounds like a great chicken dish !
