Since lately I've been drinking protein drinks nearly everyday, I like to keep it interesting. This is a simple recipe that adds a little variety. It's a great breakfast or mid morning snack!

    Recipe #289300

Got this recipe from Veganchef.com. It's a nice, guilt-free, healthy snack. Add milk and make it a cereal, or add to fresh fruit and yogurt. It's a pretty versatile recipe. Add raisins, or other dried fruits after its cooked to sweeten it a little bit. Or you can add other types of nuts/seeds.

    Recipe #279081

I found this recipe at veganchef.com. I'm not vegan, but I do enjoy a healthy dish! Made this with Thai Coconut Rice (#63446). They were a wonderful combination.

    Recipe #278267

This is my own concoction that I came up with by putting together all of my favorite chili ingredients. Top with fresh cilantro, shredded cheese and sour cream. I also like to serve this with warm cornbread

    Recipe #255916

I got this recipe from Hormel. I modified it a bit from the original. It's become famous among family and friends.

    Recipe #243548

A dish that's quick and easy and better than going out! If you don't care for salty olives, substitute for a mild olive instead. I'm giving you the recipe as I received it, but I usually skip the first step and use Trader-Joes' Sundried tomatoes out of the jar. This goes great with pasta.

    Recipe #242007

A great recipe that I got from a friend and have passed onto other friends. It's always a treat to make this easy to prepare dish.

    Recipe #240443

A steak dish with a little peppery-kick. For a milder version, make the glaze with apple jelly

    Recipe #236635

A great summer salad, and is quick and easy to make. It's inspired from a dish I had in a trendy restaurant in Kirkland, WA.

    Recipe #236608

Quick, Easy, and low in fat!

    Recipe #236554

Low fat and delicious. I love to make meatloaf sandwiches with the left-overs.

    Recipe #194619

One thing I love about American Cuisine is that it is acceptable to mix together two different styles of cooking, like Thai with Italian! That's what this dish is, a pizza inspired by the flavor of Chicken Satay. Every ingredient in this dish compliments the other. I highly recommend leaving nothing out!
