Primarily a vegetarian, I like to bake cakes and breads without using eggs and am always on the look out for good eggless recipes. During one of my Googling sessions, I stumbled upon an egg-free banana bread/cake recipe. However, when I tried it out the bread came out hard and sank badly. So I improvised and here's my banana bread recipe for those of you who can't eat or don't like to eat eggs. I hope you enjoy it!

Bagara Dahi is a yum way to prepare yogurt. It tastes so good that you can eat it on its own! It's a staple at our home especially during summer as curd is known for its cooling character.

Poha is made in the states of Gujarat and Rajasthan in India. However, most of North India eats Poha now. It is known for its ZERO calories and is an excellent breakfast option for the health conscious. I have been making different versions of this dish for many years now. It's best to use thick Poha or flat rice for this dish. Thin Poha tends to get soggy and becomes tasteless. I hope you enjoy this dish as much as I do!
