This is a fried bologna sandwich that I had often growing up. I see so many of my favorite sandwiches on here, but I didn't see this one.

    Recipe #133272

I don't know exactly how Elvis ate this sandwich (I think he fried it), but this is my family's way of making this sandwich since I was a little girl. I craved these terribly while I was pregnant. Edited to add-Reviewer Bev is right- Miracle Whip makes it better than mayo! I used Honey Roasted Peanut Butter on my last one and it was (with the Miracle Whip) the BEST. sandwich!!! I could eat one everyday!

    Recipe #133295

A wonderful side dish that I make as soon as the yellow squash start coming in. When I first started making this about 30 years ago, I used the bacon grease. I found I like the margarine better and I like the squash to cook so that you have a few browned pieces in. Oooohh, that gives it so much flavor!

    Recipe #126193

I use my Grannys simple technique to frying chicken to make these porkchops. The salt is the key to good tasting chops!

    Recipe #133368

Yummy for the Tummy! I love cinnamon breads and this one takes it to the extreme of yummy! Makes two loaves. I'm not sure how it will freeze but makes a nice gift.

    Recipe #165164

It doesn't matter what I prepare for dinner, someone always compliments the salad! I thought I should share my way! You can add or subtract from most of the veggies but NOT the Tomatoes! I don't always use everything vegetable listed cause I might not have it, but I think it's the tomatoes and the technique that actually make it so good. If your tomatoes are juicy and ripe you won't need much dressing- if any!

    Recipe #126190

Most dogs love peanut butter. You can cut these into bone shapes, people shapes, or simply shape like cookies. I have changed the name of this recipe due to the review from DogAndCatDoc. Please read the review before making. Thank you DogAndCatDoc for your review.

What could be a more romantic way to end a dinner than with truffles. I came across this quote recently- "The truffle is not exactly an aphrodisiac, but it tends to make women more tender and men more likeable." - by French gastronome Brillat-Savarin

    Recipe #131413

    A very nice bread!

    Recipe #134853

I'm not sure if the name is spelled correctly but this is the first dish I tried to (trick) impress my husband with. He thought I could cook...ha...I didn't learn to cook until 7 years later when I found Zaar! But this was very good and he stills remembers it.

    Recipe #129790

This is a very good alternative to a fattening slice of cheesecake. If you follow a diet plan where you have a carb and a protein using portion control- this is a good one! Tastes fattening to me and anything that tastes fattening is GOOD!!

    Recipe #138831

I had French Onion Soup at a restaurant yesterday and when discussing it with my mother, she said "Oh you have got to try this!", She is on WW and is having this for lunch everday. I hope you like it as much as we do. I just finished a bowl. You can bake this in the oven if you want to toast your cheese alittle bit, but for yummy, it's really not neccessary.

    Recipe #162471

I got this recipe off of TV this morning and it appeared to be as good as Carnie Wilson says it is. She has a cookbook out and I told my husband that he has to get it for me TODAY! The people on the show that ate it, showed true pleasure in doing so.

    Recipe #143463

I got this recipe from a friend of mine about 16 years ago. I thought they were delicious and made them several times. I was so excited when I came across this recipe while looking through 100's of recipes I have clipped, saved and copied over the years. I will be making this again real soon!

    Recipe #130085

I was looking for a little added energy using healthier ways and found this. I hope it works! I will let you know! It didn't give me the watre amount so I assume it is 6-8 ounces.

    Recipe #186759

This is one of my dad's altered versions of JC Cake. He is always expected to make it for family gatherings at home and at church. He has made it many different ways and this is the favorite. I guess he's been making this cake for 15 years or more. edited 09/12- note- I just made this today and had to tweak the recipe a bit. Dad is getting old and his directions were minimal. But now I've made it and made the recipe easier to follow.

    Recipe #131229

In my search for some natural medicinal recipes, I found this one that claims to help emulsifie fat, help with urinary infections and respiratory infections. You can drink this cold or warm. If you use the regular green tea, you can add a small pinch of any of the spices that are in the Chai tea, for added flavor. They include- ginger, cinnamon, cardamon, allspice, nutmeg, and clove. I used the green Chai tea. It smells wonderful and is really quite enjoyable.

    Recipe #182859

I am a fan of french toast and bananas and this is a yummy combination!

    Recipe #135715

I finally made this recipe for myself after having it posted for a year. It was easy, wonderful, and as Thorsten said- "elegant". I am glad I posted it!

    Recipe #175776

These are gorgeous looking and you get two for one! Two different dessert tastes--brownies and brown sugared oats, layered into one rich, scrumptious treat. Makes 48 brownies.
