I finally made this recipe for myself after having it posted for a year. It was easy, wonderful, and as Thorsten said- "elegant". I am glad I posted it!

I had French Onion Soup at a restaurant yesterday and when discussing it with my mother, she said "Oh you have got to try this!", She is on WW and is having this for lunch everday. I hope you like it as much as we do. I just finished a bowl. You can bake this in the oven if you want to toast your cheese alittle bit, but for yummy, it's really not neccessary.

    Recipe #162471

This is a great way to use that London Broil you just couldn't figure out what you wanted to do with. I'm am about to make it for dinner tonight. It is alittle time consuming but minimal ingredients are needed and it is delicious! As the meat cooks, it will become tender. I got this out of one of my favorite cookbooks called "Delicious Heritage" by Nippy Carville.

    Recipe #143514

I got this recipe off of TV this morning and it appeared to be as good as Carnie Wilson says it is. She has a cookbook out and I told my husband that he has to get it for me TODAY! The people on the show that ate it, showed true pleasure in doing so.

    Recipe #143463

A great little appetizer that can be created ahead or to "each his own". You can set out bowls of the toppings and let guests fill their own potatoes. The potatoes may be served slightly warm or chilled--this recipe is versatile!

    Recipe #142047

This is a very good alternative to a fattening slice of cheesecake. If you follow a diet plan where you have a carb and a protein using portion control- this is a good one! Tastes fattening to me and anything that tastes fattening is GOOD!!

    Recipe #138831

This is one of the best treat memories I have as a child. My dad always made things at least twice a month to make us kids happy (5 girls). One of my favorites...Simple pleasure, if you know how to make a waffle that is!

    Recipe #136739

My work sends me a Healthy at Heart magazine. It is an educational program I signed up for. This recipe is insde the "Food for the Heart" magazine and developed by Canyon Ranch. I haven't tried it but I thought it might interest some of you health consience people.

    Recipe #134851

Another great recipe from my great hometown Supermarket!

    Recipe #133539

Prep time doesn't include freezing time. If you use the orange-pineapple juice, they will taste more like OJ pops than pineapple. I prefer pineapple juice only.
