I am transferring this recipe so, I can make it for my daughter. The reviews was very good on this recipe. The 20 ounces is an educated guess. It is from Kitchen Witch from recipes secrets.net

    Recipe #514389

I discovered this recipe on the can of Bruce yams and decided to make and it was delicious. I did however only use 2 cans of yams instead of 3. I did alter the ingredient some, because of the recipe calls for 3 cans. I used only a 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup pecans. I left my pecans whole. It was yummy.

    Recipe #475191

If you enjoy authentic Mexican food, you're probably already familiar with the shepherd style tacos that inspired this recipe. Pan searing not only keeps the cooking method lean, but it also intensifies the inherent sweetness of the pineapple. The recipe came from flat belly diet meal. I never once would dream of cutting up a pork tenderloin in cubes, but the recipe called for it and I am glad I tried this. This is one of the best recipe that I have ever eaten. I did use all of the pork tenderloin and cooked it in batches because my husband loves to eat.

    Recipe #472247

This recipe came from Betty Crocker, but I motified the recipe some Instead of 1 salmon fillet I used 2 can of salmon. My husband told me this was a keeper. Was wonderful.

    Recipe #428378

I liked this recipe, because it had a great taste. I got it, in the mail. It was on the back of checks unlimited. It had a good color photo. I will make this again. It is a great one for the holidays. I did not use, but one pound of sweet potatoes, which equal to one potato. I did not have Dijion mustard, but the mustard i had made it turn out wonderful anyway.
