    Athena Layered Spread
    Handle

This is so good! We are big time garlic eaters so I add much more! It makes a pretty presentation so it is perfect for a buffet, but yummy enough to make just because. I serve it with soft french bread baguettes.

    Recipe #275833

    Select
    Light and Easy Fudge
    Handle

A much lighter version of an old favorite. For weight watchers only 1 point per piece! Use different flavored chips to mix it up.

    Recipe #223342

    Select
Reminds Me of Little Caesar Breadsticks
    Handle

I use to work at Little Caesar's and these are so similar! Much more affordable though as this makes a lot! These can be made in a traditional mixer or a bread machine on dough cycle.

    Recipe #222646

    Select
    Moms 6 Week Bran Muffins
    Handle

These are a great breakfast treat! I grew up having these as an after school snack. They stay good in the fridge for up to 6 weeks.

    Recipe #217812

    Select
Sweet Amish Macaroni Salad (Done My Way)
    Handle

I went on a search for a good sweet(ish) Macaroni salad. I realize I am not capable of leaving a recipe alone so this is my version. I also do not love eggs but the fam does so they say that the eggs must be added!

    Recipe #214199

    Select
    Fruity Hawaiian Chicken Salad
    Handle

This is very rich and very different from any other chicken salad I have had. It is very easy to make low fat by using low fat Miracle whip and cream cheese. I have always loved the combination of sweet and salty so this works for me but it does seem to be a love it or hate it kind of recipe. I hope you love it!

    Recipe #209985

    Select
    Cindy's Sausage Balls
    Handle

I looked through the sausage ball recipes here and this one is just little different, so I'm posting it so I do not lose it.

    Recipe #201779

    Select
    Lovely Light Caramels
    Handle

This is my mothers recipe. The only one I'll use. If you don't cook it to 230, more like 220 you will have a lovely caramel sauce instead of caramels. (My mom lives in a higher altitude and her caramels must reach 242 degrees to be firm enough.)

    Recipe #192998

    Select
    Batter Dipped French Toast
    Handle

This is a realy tastey change from the ordinary.

    Recipe #190323

    Select
    Cracked Wheat Sourdough Bread
    Handle

Love the nutty flavor and texture of this bread.

    Recipe #180488

    Select
    Wilderness Place Lodge Cookies
    Handle

Found this recipe and then tweeked it a bit..makes a lot! These make the BEST icecream cookie sandwiches!!!

    Recipe #180438

    Select
Deep Fried Zucchini With Creamy Garlic Dip
    Handle

Yummy! Just like at a restaurant! Who would have thought that just adding garlic to ranch dressing would be what makes this dish!!! I plan on using the ranch dip for other things as well.

    Recipe #178337

    Select
    Amish Potato Rolls
    Handle

These are so soft and yummy! They remind me of some I had as a child that a neighbor made all the time. I am so glad to have found this recipe. For convenience I use instant potatoes a lot and it works fine. These are even better the next day which to me with bread is rare, so I plan to make them for Thanksgiving this year.

    Recipe #178282

    Select
    Hash Browns Breakfast Quiche
    Handle

This is yummy and filling. Great for a brunch or a house full of company. Easily cut in 1/2. I have even ran out of the patties and subbed with a package of shredded hash-browns. I just cook the bottom layer longer and then the overall dish an extra 10-15 minutes.

    Recipe #177520

    Select
    Margaritaville Chicken
    Handle

Soooo yummy if I do say so myself! Can prep everything a day early!

    Recipe #177518

    Select
    English Scones With Chocolate Chunks
    Handle

These are a very moist and tender scone. More cake like than biscuit like. I stole it away from a co-worker of my husbands. He says you must use Bluebonnet margarine no subs and as I wanted the texture to taste the same I have tried no other. I plan on trying these with berries and perhaps almonds too. If you like your scones on the sweeter side I would add another 2-3 T sugar.

    Recipe #177346

    Select
    Salted Nut Roll
    Handle

One of the yummiest candy recipes from my mom's collection. I like it with pecans, but it was meant for cashews or peanuts. I'm guessing any salted nut would be fabulous!

    Recipe #177344

    Select
    Raspberry Vinaigrette
    Handle

I toast a few walnuts and put them in the food processor to make raspberry walnut vinaigrette for a change.

    Recipe #177192

    Select
    Tiffany Cellar Cafe's Egg Salad
    Handle

I have been looking for a "different" egg salad for quite some time. I love this one. I also love onions so I add those to mine as the kids think they are allergic.

    Recipe #177159

    Select
    Triple Berry Crisp
    Handle

This is very versatile. It has a double crisp where 1/2 of the crisp goes on the bottom. If you are not a fan of this or your bottom layer is to soggy then just make it a single layer. Any berry combination should work fine and I've heard it used with peaches as well. If you love nuts but your family doesn't, try what I do and eat yours with pecan or maplenut icecream YUM! Also it works for fresh or frozen berries.
