I'm the only one in the house that likes tuna noodle casserole so I used Ramen Noodles & came up with a great tasting, quick dish without a big pot of leftovers.
This dish is so good that even my 'food-pickiest' dachshund "Hansel" loves it!
Ramen is versatile. Go ahead, EXPERIMENT!
This is very quick and easy. Makes very large portions. Sometimes I stir corned beef mixture in early (still in liquid stage) & add thinly sliced cabbage, recover and let steam on top of beef & rice. It is truly good:)
My wayward adaption of POT AU FEU.Very versatile, filling and nutritious. Don't be afraid of the allspice! It goes great with the beef. I make this often. Tastes better than canned beefstew and you can be creative with it. Serve with a hearty loaf of bread n real butter:)
I made these the other night for a quick dinner and they turned out fantastic! Really quick to do the chicken ahead of time and refrigerate until ready to assemble. Yummy! PS. Doesn't hurt to kick it up a little with Louisiana hot sauce ;-)
The cake is delicious and very moist. I keep mine in the fridge and tastes great cold. Chocolate & cherries go great together, so why not in a cake! Adding soft cream cheese to canned frosting makes a great difference & makes it not so 'sugary'. ENJOY
I love this dish! My late husband was from Cameroon (fr.West Africa) He taught me to cook their dishes. When I prepare these recipes, I am thankful for having the opportunity for such a wonderful cultural experience.
The more you make this dish, the better you get at it. Actually, the beans are a healthy food and very filling. You can add Meat and make this a one-dish meal. A loaf of french bread is great with it.

A gentleman (called BURRITO MAN') would come in the truck stop every morning with freshly made (sausage, beef, or potato) "breakfast-burritos", hot and ready to eat. Drivers loved them. Moriarty was a stop I always looked forward to! A lot of us got to know "Burrito Man". He is a very special person. Although my ver
