A very spicy, but delicious pork barbecue. Adjust spices as necessary for your taste buds. Courtesy of another website. I also like to add a bottle of Jack Daniel's Old Number 7 barbecue sauce to the sauce as I don't really care for a vinegar sauce on its own. Keep an eye one the pork as I've had it burn after just a couple of hours.
I keep swearing to my husband that this is halfway healthy and decided to see what the nutritional value actually says. It is very good and not near as spicy as one might think. If you like it hotter, use spicy V8.
These cookies are known through town. They take a while to make but are well worth it. Be sure to use instant oats. I have tried updating the recipe numerous times to state that, but it defaults to "Quicker Quaker Oats". It helps to stir them in a bit at a time so they cook and you can gauge the dryness of the mixture.
This is wonderful when you have family that is always late. You can put almost anything you have in your kitchen in it and it will still come out okay. Can also be made by putting all ingredients in crock pot on low for at least 8 hrs.
