Tasty but not too sweet, these whole wheat cupcakes are great for breakfast or as a snack. They can be baked as muffins but tend to be on the verge of sogginess inside - they bake better as cupcakes (if you only have a regular-sized muffin pan, put less batter in each cup than usual to make smaller muffins). I made slight modifications to this recipe that I found on someone's blog, who made slight modifications to a recipe they found on someone else's blog, who... and on and on.
A very flavorful raw-vegan alternative to the usual hummus, made with sprouts loaded with nutrition! *I did not create this recipe, it comes from sproutpeople.org. I found it so good that I'd like to share it with more people. I changed it by adding a lot less white pepper and salt than their original recipe.
An addictive alternative to regular potato chips made with nutritional yeast. Who would have thought that leafy green chips loaded with nutrients could be so addictive? Another recipe from my crazy experiments in the kitchen!
Whole wheat flour & oat cookies loaded with chocolatey goodness! These delectable big soft 200-calorie vegan cookies have been named 'favorite cookie' by quite a lot of people I've made them for, which makes me proud of this creation. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!
A deliciously thick and creamy smoothie made with 3 simple ingredients, ready in 3 quick minutes! What's more, this recipe is vegan and contains no added sugars. Make sure to use ripe bananas and unsalted peanut butter! I like to use rice milk but other milks like soy and dairy are fine. Another recipe from my crazy experiments in the kitchen!
An amazingly flavorful, creamy frozen yogurt without the need of an icecream machine. This coconut banana frozen dessert is one of my best frozen creations from the kitchen! It's important to use a thick coconut yogurt, greek-style, like Liberte's thick Mediterranean coconut yogurt, and that your banana be very ripe!
This recipe makes wonderful, very healthy banana muffins or mini loaves, although they're more dense than yoru typical banana bread if baked into mini loaves. They're especially tasty with walnuts and chocolate chips. Another recipe from my crazy experiments in the kitchen!
These tasty crunchy bites take only 5 minutes to make. They are highly customizeable and a blast for kids to make. Although there is peanut butter included, the flavor is very subtle. Another recipe from my crazy experiments in the kitchen!
