    This is very good on a cold fall or winter night. In fact I find that this could be used for breakfast lunch and dinner. You can use the left overs in so many different ways........with eggs for breakfast, on a roll for lunch and then with pasta for dinner. What more could one ask for?

    This recipe is so great and easy to change up. Feel free to add more things like crab meat, chicken meat, more veggies. I like to add more hot sauce to the mix while its in the crock pot.
