I'm always on the lookout for a new, different cheesecake, and this one from the Taste of Home magazine looks so pretty, I can't wait to try it. Please note this is cooked in a water bath to help decrease the cracking, but it is not necessary to the taste!
I love meatloaf, but traditional recipes always include high carb no-no's like bread crumbs or oatmeal, so when I found this recipe, I couldn't wait to try it. It was wonderfully satisfying. I like to sprinkle chopped tomatoes, green onions and cheese over the omelet before putting it in the oven, or you can make it a pizza omelet with pepperoni and mozzarella...well you get the idea
Creamy frosting that doesn't need to be refrigerated, so it's perfect for potluck dinners. Makes enough to frost a bundt cake or the top of a 13x9 inch cake--double it if you want to do a 2 layer cake.
