If you like bleu cheese...you should love this easy meal. Prep time is the length of time to let the meat marinade as well as to create the final sauce. (This is a copykat with a few adjustments but for the life of me I don't know where I got it)!
My vice is chips and dips (I'm not really into sweets) and as you may have guessed I love garlic. This is a very garlicy recipe so you may want to reduce the garlic quantity. (Note: cook time is for roasting the garlic)
QUICK & EASY is my motto after a long day at the office yet wanting to cook a "meal". This is a great money saving dish that although everyone teases about tuna casserole, I never have any left over. Prep time is to open the cans, cooking time is to boil the pasta and then simmer time.
This is SO simple, either crock pot or stovetop! A friend of mine served this a few weeks ago on a very cold Sunday and I've made it three times since! Spice it up or tone it down as you like. I like spicy foods so I add a lot of Tabasco? to my bowl! Some people like to add okra as well for the real gumbo look...I hope you enjoy this!
