My sons preschool teacher gave me this recipe, she tells me everyone loves it so I will be making it soon to try it out. Tiny Teddies are little biscuits (cookies) that look like bears no bigger than 2 inches. But as they get crushed in the food processor I guess any chocolate biscuit would do. Not sure of time to make or servings, will adjust when I make it.

This is really made in the oven, I think I got it from Mr Bad Food. I haven't made them but reading the recipe I might spray a little oil over them before cooking?

    Recipe #138405

Another recipe I have yet to try but thought I would post just the same. The recipe has the added benefit of providing you with leftover baked potato ready for mashing or to use in another dish.

The same friend that gave me the yummy apricot balls recipe makes this one also. Not too rummy, adjust taste to your own liking. Can also be frozen and eaten from freezer.

Poffertjes are traditional Dutch cakes, a bit similar in texture to American pancakes. Poffertjes are cooked in a special cast-iron pan with several small shallow indentations in the bottom. They are usually served as an afternoon snack, not as a breakfast food, and often served with icing sugar. I'm posting this in honour of the Aussie/Kiwi World Tour as we are visiting Europe and didn't see this on Zaar. I haven't tried this yet but am going to go and buy the special pan in the Cleveland Market tomorrow and will try them out. Found the recipe on "Back to your roots".

    Recipe #125620

Savoury version of Poffertjes, dutch pancakes. Just posted the sweet version also. Haven't tried these either but posted in honour of Aussie/Kiwi world tour. Recipe found on Typical Dutch Stuff.
