TIP: Place a piece of plastic wrap or parchment paper below and over the dough when rolling out into 9"-10" rounds. (you'll get it when you keep reading).
A friend of mine got this recipe from her Brazilian friend who says that this shake is very popular during the summer in Brazil. It sounds kind of gross because you might associate avocados with non-sweet foods but I promise it tastes like candy. It's so good!
