I was looking for a potato side dish to go with a meal and found this one that I had collected on the internet sometime in the past. I didn't have time to follow the oven directions so I cooked it in the microwave for 12 minutes. The family seems to really like paprika, they ate this up. I did some searching and the creator of this must have been a writer for TOH.

    Recipe #121038

This is really basic, but turns out well every time. I'm sure all of the readers can add their own touches to make it their own. I think the Franco American brand gravies are now Campbell's.

    Recipe #114960

One of my favorite Mexican dishes is carne guisada. I combined parts of several recipes and adapted a bit for crock pot cooking. The family likes it even though they always say it's a little spicy.

    Recipe #114816

I like all the summer squashes (yellow, zucchini, cucuzzi, etc.) and my family usually just tolerates them so when I decided to try tatumas I tried to find something to interest them. After reading different ways to fix them I came up with this combination. It was a big hit and they never complain when I fix it.
