this is one of those miracle finds. i made some cupcakes and realized i had no frosting and i didn't have all of what i needed for any recipe i could find. so i grabbed what i could find and hoped for the best. this ended up being the best frosting ever and both my kids (who normally don't do this believe it or not) were licking their cupcakes and having me re-frost them over and over LOL. it was the easiest thing i've ever made and probably the best.

This meatloaf includes 3 different types of meat (thus the name trifecta) and it's one of the few meals my super picky 3 year old will devour. It's not the traditional covered in a ketchup crust loaf, but it still has that same comfort food feel. I wish I could say it was handed down through generations, but I learned to cook out of necessity and so all my recipes are personal inventions. This one was a result of the thought "hey, everything's better with bacon"

this is a recipe i dreamed up. i couldn't find one that suited my needs exactly. this one is super easy and always comes out perfect. it's delicious by itself and makes great dressing around the holidays. and my favorite part is i don't have to search for baking powder or soda or settle for a bland mix.
