Chocolate, hazelnut and strawberry flavors combine to become an awesome campfire dessert and will be loved by both kids AND adults - it tastes so gourmet you'll forget you're camping! I originally had the filling in a crepe but found that it translates extremely well to the pie iron. Nutella is an Italian chocolate hazelnut spread usually found in the peanut butter/jelly aisle. The strawberry jam can be substituted with sliced fresh strawberries, or bananas would work nicely as well. The amounts listed below might be a little off, I generally put a generous smear of each ingredient (except butter) on each slice of bread. If you are cooking this without a pie iron, then fry it on the stove, like a grilled cheese. If you have the opportunity, microwave the Nutella for 10 seconds to make it easier to spread.

    Recipe #246530

My mom designed this recipe to free up the stove by using the rice cooker to steam and stew chicken thighs, yielding tender, almost slow-cooked chicken with a comforting taste. It takes a while to make but requires minimal prep and attention. You can use any cut of chicken, but dark meats come out especially soft. Serve with white rice and a side of leafy vegetables and enjoy!

    Recipe #239014

The chicken is cooked with peppers, onions and fajita seasoning, which adds a great sauce into the quesadilla. Just about any combination of cheeses works, but my favorite is listed in this recipe. The fajita seasoning is also interchangeable with taco seasoning. It's a hit with the kids and the adults. This recipes tastes good enough to serve to company, and quick to boot! Serve with salsa, sour cream and/or guacamole.
