I threw this together the other night, my DH likes his green beans cooked down until they resemble something slimey..LOL; I personally like my beans crispy, so I came up with this in attempt to sway him to the other side, and he loved it.
This is a very elegant appetizer, make up the base in advance and just before guests arrive, spoon on the caviar. This is very pretty for Xmas when made with red caviar and garnished with a bit of greenery.
This recipe comes from " Emeril's New New Orleans Cooking" I have served this for company, it is a great dish to impress but is oh so simple. I serve it with new potatoes.

My friend/ neighbour brought me round this pie, she claims to not be able to cook,but she must have hidden talent because we could not stop going back to sneak another piece.Delicious with vanilla ice cream.
I found this recipe in an old junior league collection.The combination is outstanding; the fresh rosemary really adds a wonderful flavor.Instead of the navy beans, I use white kidney beans,which i really like as they are bigger and meatier.This salad is even better the next day!!
