This can easily be adapted to whatever you have on hand. Substitute milk for juice, or peaches and raspberries for the strawberries and bananas. I purposly don't add sweeteners, because the juice is naturally sweet, but also because I like the tartness of the fruit. Yummy for those of you who need energy in the morning, but hate eating breakfast (like me!).

    Recipe #299750

Blue cheese dressing lovers rejoice!! This dressing is easy on your waistline, but is creamy, thick, and satisfying. From "Healthy in a Hurry" by Jim Romanoff.

    Recipe #282084

I wanted a sweet treat for my toddler that offered some nutritional value. Voila!

    Recipe #257122
