This is the best crisp I've ever had and it has become a Fall staple in my household and is THE BEST with a nice scoop of vanilla ice cream on top! You can try raspberries, blueberries, blackberries or strawberries too...whatever's fresh and available to you. My favorite combination has always been 5 cups fresh raspberries mixed with 5 cups fresh chopped strawberries, sweet and slightly tart.

If you are thinking about making a tin of brownies, or baking a cake, or even going to the store and buying donuts, stop. Don't proceed. Instead make this amazing chocolate brownie in less than 2 minutes. Indulging in a treat like this is perfect for those of you (me included) on a diet, who are craving dessert but don't want to go overboard by baking a dozen cookies or so. A single serving is very satisfying, and I've included 6 different variations so you can adjust the toppings/mix-ins to your taste. I tried the mounds one tonight and it was AMAZING! I also used hersheys special dark cocoa powder instead of regular cocoa, and it came out extra rich and chocolatey. This is a dense, moist and rich mug brownie, perfect with a glass of milk or a scoop of ice cream, enjoy!!!

Deep fried in extra virgin olive oil, this fried egg is different from what you find in the U.S. With an unset yolk and crackly white edges, it is great with chorizo and potatoes for breakfast or any meal!

This recipe uses the flavorful kiwi fruit with a hint of lime juice and zest. When making the jam, use just-ripe kiwi fruit to allow for the fruit's natural pectin to be at its highest levels. This will reduce the cooking time of the jam and also help it to set naturally. The tangy jam is delicious with a little butter on toast and a cup of tea. If you're feeling adventurous, you could also use the jam as an accompaniment to a hard cheese with some cracker.

Kerikeri, from earliest days a fertile growing area, was where the first plough was used in New Zealand in 1820. It is interesting to note that the Maori gardeners in the Bay of Islands grew garlic as a trading crop before the Treaty was signed. --From keewee's corner.

These are yummy! Banana bread cupcakes with peanut butter frosting!!! Came up with these one night when trying to figure out what to do with ripe bananas. You can kick these up a notch by adding cooked crumbled bacon on top instead of salted chopped peanuts.

I found this salad on pinterest, and made it last night, and let me say it is impressive! I was skeptical at first that my husband would like it, but he loved it and wanted me to add this one to my cookbook! Very delicious, make sure not to skimp on the homemade croutons, they really make this salad.

I found this recipe on pinterest, and it is the best and easiest sticky bun recipe I've ever made!!! The real goodness though lies in the cream cheese icing. You can skip it if you'd like, but my husband says it makes the sticky buns that much better, and the icing is so tasty that he'd eat it out of the bowl if I'd let him!!! Caution: Seriously Addictive!

If you want something impressive and addictive to take to a bake sale, holiday event, or any kind of social gathering, this cookie is it. Seriously the best thing I've baked in a long time. Taste better than store-bought little debbie cream pies, and leave you wanting more and more and more! Creamy peanut butter and chewy oats together in a cookie sandwich filled with sweet marshmallow creme with a touch salt makes it really stand out in a crowd. I got the recipe from Better Homes and Gardens 100 Best Cookies magazine, and made them for the Holiday Cookie Swap 2011.

    Recipe #469492

These cookies are absolutely delicious! Sweet and chocolatey with a bit of saltiness, makes this chewy cookie amazing! My husbands favorite.
