Perfect summer cocktail from Cosmo's May 2012 issue.

    Recipe #480628

Got this recipe from Cosmo magazine, and it comes from Coppelia Restaurant in New York City.

    Recipe #480627

From Betty Crocker Best Cupcakes & More

    Recipe #480327

Came up with this recipe after seeing the ingredients from the Ready, Set, Cook #18, and knew I had to use tea, ginger, and allspice in a chocolate cake, and since chai tea is my favorite, I went with it! It came out amazing! It came out amazing! The longer you let the chai tea concentrate steep, the better and stronger the flavor. I like it strong, so I let it steep for an hour, but if you aren’t a big chai drinker, I’d stick to a 30 minute steep. Either way the cake is impressive and delicious! My husband and mother devoured it! Wish there was more!

I found this recipe on pinterest, and it is the best and easiest sticky bun recipe I've ever made!!! The real goodness though lies in the cream cheese icing. You can skip it if you'd like, but my husband says it makes the sticky buns that much better, and the icing is so tasty that he'd eat it out of the bowl if I'd let him!!! Caution: Seriously Addictive!

I found this recipe online while looking for a chocolate mug cake, and I like this one better! Super quick and easy, and perfect for a night alone where you don't need to make an entire cake just to have a slice :)

    Recipe #472583

If you want something impressive and addictive to take to a bake sale, holiday event, or any kind of social gathering, this cookie is it. Seriously the best thing I've baked in a long time. Taste better than store-bought little debbie cream pies, and leave you wanting more and more and more! Creamy peanut butter and chewy oats together in a cookie sandwich filled with sweet marshmallow creme with a touch salt makes it really stand out in a crowd. I got the recipe from Better Homes and Gardens 100 Best Cookies magazine, and made them for the Holiday Cookie Swap 2011.

These cookies are absolutely delicious! Sweet and chocolatey with a bit of saltiness, makes this chewy cookie amazing! My husbands favorite.

    From a friend, delicious!

    Recipe #467667

This dish is my idea of a perfect weekday meal: quick, cheap, nutritious and delicious! Protein, carbs, vegetables, and healthy fats. Husband had seconds, which he doesn't usually do.

From Cosmo's Official Cocktail Book. Icy cold summery drink.

    Recipe #465863

From Cosmo's Official Cocktail Book, a fruity summertime drink.

I came up with this one night, when really hungry and craving something with cream of mushroom soup in it...made this huge pot of soup, took it to work, and some of my co-workers said this soup helped them feel better (was during cold and flu season). You can adjust the spiciness in this soup, though the spicier the better at clearing sinuses.

Perfect cocktail for a Halloween party!

    Recipe #465627

A twist on the classic Bloody Mary cocktail--great for Halloween!

For years I tried making the perfect fried green tomatoes. My grandmothers were absolutely perfect, and she never wrote her recipe down, so I never knew what she did. Well, I made these one day and they tasted exactly like hers, and now these are my go-to fried green tomatoes! Delicious.
