    This scent is so yummy! I have had to give up chocolate due to a sensitivity... so this is my fix! It's so much cheaper than what you can buy... and smells even better! I use sugar because of sensitive skin (salt burns for me) but you can also use salt if you like. Just a warning... this is a bit messy in the shower, be sure to rinse the shower well. I've never had it stain the tub.. but it's better safe than sorry! The measurements and servings are an estimate... use more or less cocoa or vanilla for the scent you like.

    I have been trying to eat more fruits and vegetables, so salads have been on the menu almost every day. I've gotten tired of the same old.. same old.. I don't think I can look another piece of lettuce in the eye for quite some time, so this is what I came up with. Feel free to add or delete fruits and veggies as you see fit. This adjusts easily to make more than one serving. I find this to be 1 main dish serving, or two servings if being served along with something else. Easily adapted to Vegan.. just leave out the chicken, or replace with seasoned tofu.

    I wanted a way to stretch out sugar free ice cream, to make it lighter and still so good (and to lower the cost per serving)... here's what I came up with. I seperate it into 1/2 cup containers when done for instant portion control. I've also made this with lemon juice and some minced mint leaves. It's also good with a gingersnap cookie crumbled on top for a special treat!

    I have been playing around with muffin recipes, as my daughter has egg and nut allergies, so if she is going to get muffins, they have to be homemade. We had just harvested cherries and have a lot around, so I decided to work on a recipe to use them in a muffin. These turned out very tender and moist! Don't let the zucchini keep you away from this recipe.. you won't even know it's there. DH ate 3 muffins before I told him, and he didn't believe me! This could easily be vegan if you replace the buttermilk with soymilk and a Tbs of lemon juice. We'll keep it our little secret that these are healthy!

    This is one of our favorites... it's great for Christmas morning! It's got all the Christmasy flavors, and it's assembled the night before. You can use any kind of marmalade/jam for the filling. I have used regular and sugar free jams. You can also use light cream cheese, 2% milk in place of the cream, egg beaters in place of the eggs... to lighten it up a bit. Hope it becomes one of your family traditions!

    My husband LOVES chicken wings! He has done them countless ways, and I think this is the ultimate best! I'm not a big wing fan, so I normally don't eat any of his. If he has a new kind I'll maybe eat one. I ate five of these, and just couldn't get enough! The measurements are an estimate and they are very spicy so adjust to your taste. Hope ya'll enjoy these!

    This recipe started out as an ooops... and ended as a new and wonderful dish! Even my husband, a bona fide meat eater loved it! It is vegetarian, but adapted easily to vegan.
