While traveling in Texas with my parents nearly 60 years ago, I was served this sandwich. I continue to fix myself one of these............... oh...... about every 10 years LOL. This sounds wierd, but they are really good if you like chocolate!
After making several different drinks for breakfast (and using them to top oatmeal and sometimes homemade granola), we finally settled on this recipe. I make it nearly every morning. It helps get the vitamins down, too!
We hope you like it as much as we do!
A friend I bowled with just refused to call this' Breast of Chicken Salad'!!! So in her honor, here is this recipe that our bowling teams enjoyed. I'm sure everyone of us makes this a little different, as Noella never gave us the measurements.
This is a version found on the Internet posted by 'tammysunshine5'. This is really a very good way to prepare vegetables with the Italian flare. Low fat cheeses can be used to lower the calories. And I think chicken Italian Sausage and ground chicken or turkey could be used for the meat.
My husband has given this drink the name. I love margaritas, but am trying to do without the sugar. I have been told that vodka has no sugar. I love the limes. So-o-o-o, this is what I came up with. This is a refreshing summer drink that I enjoy.
Salsa just wouldn't be salsa without cilantro, the lower leaves of the corriander plant. You can also use this recipe to make peach-mango salsa by substituting peaches and mangos for the tomatoes. I found this in our newspaper 'The Spectrum'.
I love the jalapeno-fruit recipes to have at home and to give as gifts. With a nice wheat cracker, a little cream cheese and dollop of the jelly you have a nice snack or appetizer. The 'heat' from the jalapenos depends on how many of the seeds you leave in the jelly. A friend likes this on hotcakes, and we also like the jelly on biscuits.Try this, it will surprise you!
