Have not tried it yet, just wanted a recipe on hand for when I would need it. Got it from a Chinese cook book, appears to be pretty close to what you would buy.
Recipe came from Cooks Illustrated, the only potato salad I make any more.
My son lives in Kodiak and he sent me the recipe. Haven't tried it yet. Would be great for pot lucks, as it serves 16-20.
