I found this recipe online. I haven't made them yet, but the ingredients sound wonderful and a far cry from your everyday deviled egg. The reviews I read were excellent, with the exception being that many said it needed more mayonnaise. I guess it's a matter of personal taste. I hope you like them!
I have no idea where this recipe came from, but my Italian-immigrant mom and her entire family have made it as long as I can remember. It is delicious and simple to make. I serve it with cooked greens of some kind (mustard greens are my favorite). Everyone loves it, and I hope you do, too. Enjoy!
