Why buy a premade pizza crust (with ingredients you can't pronounce) when you probably have all the ingredients to make your own less than 30 min.? This is the easiest way I've found to make pizza crust that comes out crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. While this crust is definitely not gluten-free, I did adapt it from "Gluten Free Pizza Crust" (recipe #44487).
I have been searching for fun and tasty GFCF recipes for my little boy who cannot tolerate gluten or casein. There are lots of GFCF recipes out there, but many of them do not appeal to a 4 year old! I came up with this on my own, and after much tweaking and sampling I feel I am ready to share this one. I hope you enjoy this as much as we do!
