    I found this recipe on and wanted to post it here for safe keeping. This is the best thing that has ever come out of my bread machine! A light fluffy tasty bread that my family gobbled up and asked for more! Remove your predetermined ideas of banana bread and try this yeast bread, the banana flavor is very subtle, but I think it adds to the nice texture. I am posting the recipe as I found it, but be warned I had to reduce the amount of yeast I used because when i used it with the full 2 1/2 teaspoons the dough spilled over the top of my ABM. I had better results with 2 tsp.

    These have been my favorite cookie ever since I was a little girl. My Mom passed the recipe on to me. This produces a thin chewy cookie that you just can't resist. It also makes a huge batch, if your gonna bake you might as well really BAKE! Right? These taste the best FRESH, I keep only about 1-2 days worth out and freeze the rest. My husband will eat them frozen right out of the freezer and frequently I will too. The dough freezes well, as do the finished product. You can also keep the dough in the refrigerator if you are planning to finsh in a day or two. You need to use a large sturdy stand mixer or be prepared to roll your sleeves up and use your hands to mix! I do not recomend cutting the recipe in half, it just doesn't turn out the same. (the cooking time is how long it takes me to do the whole batch in one day)

    This recipe is from nutritionist Zonya Foco, I love anything she comes up with. The original recipe makes a carrot cake that is frosted with a light cream cheese frosting. I discovered my kids love this cake as muffins, without any frosting, (If you want to make the cake, just bake it at 350°F in a 9x13 pan, about 28-30 minutes.) I always use a 1/2 and 1/2 mix of whole wheat flour and white flour instead of whole wheat pastry flour.

    This recipe is SIMPLE and CHEAP! It holds fond memories for me and my husband as, it was the only thing I could cook when we were first married! I was so proud of it and (lucky for him) my husband loved it! It is basically a knock off hamburger helper. Its called a "bake" but I never do. We just eat it as a skillet meal. (What did I know I could barely cook?) This whole meal for 4-6 will cost about $3.00. Use the store brand mac 'n cheese and you can come in close to that amount. My kids love this dinner. I serve it with a steamed green vegetable.

The pudding mix is optional, it adds some sweetness and moistness, but you don't need it. The addition will add to your baking time 5-10 minutes.

    Here is an all-purpose baking mix that I make up for easy baking. I got this several years ago from my mother in law, and it is fantastic! My husband does not like the taste of Bisquik or other store bought biscuit mixes, but he loves this one, and we save money making our own. It only takes a few minutes to make it up, and then you have it ready to go whenever you need it! Use it in in place of anything that calls for biscuit mix or use it in your own recipe, by using 1 1/2 cups of mix for each cup of flour called for in your recipe. The mix already has baking powder,salt, fat, and milk.

    These savory muffins are an adaptation of a muffin I found in a recent Taste of Home magazine submitted by Cyndee Page.I altered the orginal recipe by using a biscuit mix. It is very simple to whip up, my whole family loved them. I use my own biscuit mix called Missouri Mix as we don't like the flavor of packaged ones, but these would work fine with any of those too.     I created this chicken salad for my sister's bridal shower. She hates mayonaise so I made some substitutions and it was a huge hit! It was liked so much that we made it and served it at my cousins wedding reception. It works best when you use bottled Hidden valley ranch dressing. It's ok, but not quite the same made with the stuff in the envelope. I love it served on crackers. It tastes best if you make it a day ahead and let the flavors blend.
