I found this recipe in my local newspaper. Sounds like a good way to use up some left over (or not) ham. I haven't tried it, but plan on doing so soon. I do think I might make a few adjustments to the recipe to suit my family's taste, but here is the recipe as printed. It was submitted by Florence Hiett. (serving size is a guess)

    Recipe #368244

I found this recipe in People Magazine (4/27/2009). It sounds yummy!

    Recipe #368171

This is a very moist cornbread. It's easy to make and contains ingredients you probably have on hand. Makes a nice side dish to a mexican meal. I found this recipe online a while back...can't remember where. I have changed it just a little since then to suit my family's tastes. Serving size is approx.

    Recipe #302383

Very good marinade for chicken! The chicken itself comes out very moist and full of flavor. Definitely one to try. Taken from Weber's Real Grilling.

    Recipe #261925

This is an easy and delicious bread to prepare. Even better you only need one mixing bowl because you can throw all of the ingredients right in! Feel free to tweak the ingredients to your liking...add more cinnamon...add nuts, etc. I hope you enjoy it! Edited: I have also tried out the bread by using 1/2 whole wheat pastry flour and 1/2 regular flour, a tbl of wheat germ and less sugar to make it a tiny bit "healthier". It came out just as nice as the original.
