Tip: Don't peel the veges as they are too sweet in NZ.
Based on Jenny's muesli. I have double oats and halved oil.
1 cup rye flakes or barley flakes
1 cup almonds
other chopped dried fruit
Adapted from Madhur Jaffrey's "Indian Cookery"
Only lightly spiced, so ok with our kids
