Delicious warm or cool. Serve with apple butter for a great treat!

This is a versatile side-it's mild and goes well with many main dishes. I use one package of frozen spinach, thawed under warm water and squeezed dry. I've also used swiss chard in this, just be sure to chop very finely or even puree the greens.

Found this on another site...purported to be authentic Lebanese cuisine. We think it's great!

A delicious moist pork chop with a sweet flavorful sauce. Serve over rice.

So easy! This bakes in just 10 minutes. From Taste of Home. Great with ice cream!

This is super moist and I promise you that you won't feel like you're eating a vegetable! I've included Grandma's old fashioned boiled frosting, but buttercream frosting or a dusting of powdered sugar is also good.

    Recipe #218421

This is the best pumpkin bread I've ever had! I actually use home grown frozen pumpkin puree-just weigh it. This makes really nice miniature loaves to freeze or give away.

An easy pie crust made with pecans or walnuts. This is from a church cookbook submitted by a friend of my grandma's, Ida Mae.

This recipe is from my mom. She makes it for Thanksgiving dinner and it's delicious! I like to make this year round, and often use home grown frozen corn.

From a friend of mine-this is a perfect non-alcoholic drink for a winter party.

    Recipe #205678

Chicken and veggies over angel hair pasta. This is a really easy recipe for a weeknight. The kids like this.

One of my husband's favorite cookies. They come out soft and chewy if you cook them just right. Frost them if you want; sometimes I don't.

This was originally called "freezer stroganoff" on a recipe card, but it never makes it to the freezer! If you want to do OAMC with this, just stop before adding the milk and sour cream and freeze up to four months.

My daughter spilled a cup of grape juice on her hot pink shirt. This did the trick, and the shirt's still pink! I got this from my sister in law and am posting it here so I don't lose it. The "dish detergent" is actually Cascade automatic dishwasher detergent-it wouldn't let me enter that as an ingredient.

Modified from a recipe I found online. Great for banana splits!

This recipe is the combination of several created specifically for using those wonderful cinnamon chips! But it would also be good with chocolate chips if you can't find those. This is a nice fall muffin. I make this from home made pumpkin puree from the freezer.

I was looking for a savory new way to prepare beets, so this is what I came up with. I liked it so much I wanted to post the recipe here so I can make it again!

A perfect use for leftover rice! Really simple too.
