This is a Rachael Ray recipe. It really is very easy and very flavorful. I should note that I didn't use the lemon zest (husband isn't a fan of citrus flavor on meat), I only had dried rosemary, so I just used less, and I placed a quartered onion in the dish. That being said, this was still very good. I served it up with some asparagus and mushroom flavored rice.
Everyone ate, even my two year old. If you don't like white meat, try chicken thighs.
This is from "Donna" at the All Recipes web site. This is my FAVORITE potato salad. If you do not care for the tangy mustard flavor of regular potato salad, give this one a try. It is creamy, with the taste of bacon, celery, and some onion. It does have eggs, so it's not a "leave it out all day at a picnic" salad.
Simple and tasty salad. I found this in a electric coop magazine. I sometimes cheat and use packaged real bacon bits instead of cooking the bacon myself. You can easily substitute iceberg lettuce for the romaine.
A tasty salad that can be easily changed to suit your own tastes. Don't like poppy seeds...try slivered almonds or sunflower seeds. Add more or less onion to taste, or try sliced red onion on top. Want to make a meal of it, add grilled chicken!
