This is a delicious recipe with fresh tomatoes, basil, shrimp and pasta. Perfect for a warm summer evening. I found this recipe in one of those little cookbooks you find at the checkout in the supermarket (Better Homes and Gardens Fast and Simple Stir-Fry (2002). I make it frequently during the summer months and want to post it here so it's easier to find. I recommend using fresh basil if at all possible. It adds such a fresh and delightful flavor. Hope you enjoy!

    Recipe #481767

I've been making this recipe for years. I don't even remember where I got it from but it's become a favorite of family and friends. The preparation takes a bit of time because there is a lot of chopping, but once thats done it goes together quite quickly. The recipe calls for the packaged refrigerated fresh fettuccine, but I've substituted dry pasta on occasion and it is still delicious. All it needs to make it a deliciious meal is a side salad and garlic bread.

    Recipe #295106

This is a great Tuna Casserole recipe. My best friend who lives in California requests I make it for her every time we get together. I originally got the recipe off of a bag of Homestyle Country Pasta - Egg Pasta from Costco. You can use any cream soup, but I prefer Cream of Mushroom.

    Recipe #294977

This is a great variation to Tuna Casserole that my SIL sent to me back in the 90's. I've substituted Cream of Mushroom Soup for the Cream of Celery and it works fine. Also, the original recipe called for American cheese but I've found that Cheddar is better. I've made it many times, it is easy to prepare and makes a great meal with a salad and garlic toast.

    Recipe #294948

This is a recipe I found in one of those small cookbooks you can get at the checkout stand at the grocery store. I've served it for company, taken it to potlucks, and just make it for ourselves when we are looking for something special. It's always a hit. I think the Dijon mustard is the key ingredient to make it different and special.

    Recipe #220671

I picked up this recipe a couple of years ago at the seafood counter of my local grocery store. I've decided to post it here so I never lose it. It is so easy and quick to prepare but with a ton of flavor. I think the Old Bay Seasoning in the key. Of course, you must love garlic too. Enjoy!
