We had this at a local restaurant on Valentines day and it is fantastic! It is similar to a mojito in concept but I like the basil flavor even better I think and I prefer vodka over rum so that may be why I love this refreshing little cocktail!

    Recipe #414103

A nice healthy side dish that cooks in the oven while you prepare the rest of the meal. You could use any veggies you have on hand instead of the ones I chose and still end up with a great side dish. I meant to add some green onion at the end and forgot so I'm not including that in the ingredients, butI still think it would be good, if you're not as scatter brained as I was.

    Recipe #408314

Delicious individual slices of meatloaf panfried inside pepper rings then finished in a rich tomatoe sauce. From Cooking for Real with Sunny Anderson. I've posted the recipe as found on the website, but I usually use pork, beef and turkey, make a larger amount and need more peppers. I also zip up the sauce with some red pepper flakes as well. I have not tried the fried sage leaves yet but it is still a Great meal and even better leftovers!

    Recipe #393642

Fabulous little dessert that takes just minutes to prepare using pre made phyllo cups. Saw this recipe on Sunny Andersons Cooking for Real, tried it that night and it will go into my rotation of desserts that I actually make. Simple, delicious and super easy, what more can you ask for!

    Recipe #393637

From Rachel Ray 30 minute meals. This is a wonderful cool weather main dish or side dish. Very flavorful and very good for you. It may sound odd but the flavors are spectacular! I found I had to salt fairly liberally, and because we like heat I added some fresh jalapeno to the saute mixture. Really fabulous give it a try!

    Recipe #388358

I grew up on this recipe and always, always ,always have several jars, one in the fridge and the more in the freezer. There is no excuse for running out. My Grandma has been gone for many years now, but this is her recipe straight from the old country. I have made a couple of adjustments in the last few years to the ingredients in the meatballs. Made it a bit healthier. I hope it makes your family as happy as it makes mine!
