I got this recipe from a card at our supermarket. It's fast and is tasty without added fat.
This recipe is adapted from a Beef--It's What's for Dinner display at my local grocery store several years ago. It's really good for cookouts in the summer. Great tangy flavor.
My husband got this recipe from a friend of his. His mother got it from the Better Homes and Gardens cookbook in the 60's. We have this meal about once a month and is a perfect Sunday dinner.
This recipe came from Paula Deen from the Food Network. We made it differently than the original, but it was still a hit at our Thanksgiving Dinner.
Adapted from a Wal-Mart recipe card. I usually serve this with stuffing and some sort of green veggie. It's a great tasting, hearty meal.
I first had this stuffing 3 years ago at my sister-in-law's Thanksgiving dinner. It's flavorful and colorful and although it's technically "from scratch" I do take some shortcuts.
This is a recipe from Rachael Ray's Everyday magazine. When it says that it's a quick and easy meal, it really, really is.
I found this recipe from a supermarket check-out line recipe booklet. The chicken is tender and flavorful and it's easy for weekday dinners when the weather is nice.
Adapted from Better Homes and Gardens Cookbook. Sometimes, instead of red potatoes, try sweet potatoes for a different, more nutritious twist.
I adapted this from a recipe on the back of a can of black olives. Easy and has a great presentation. I served it with oven roasted asparagus.
This is our new Christmas tradition. Adapted from a Beef, It's What's For Dinner recipe, this is flavorful and so tender.
This has been adapted from a Rachael Ray recipe. It's wonderful for a light dinner after a day at the beach. Next time I may add some sweet peas....
I got this recipe from a magazine about 8 years ago. Ever since, when I get a craving for fried chicken, this recipe foots the bill. I usually prep the chicken in the morning and let it marinate all day.
I adapted this recipe from the Del Monte website. I make it in large batches and freeze it. It is so flavorful, EASY and healthy. Of course, items can be added or omitted as you choose.
