This comes from an old Sunset soup cookbook from 20 years ago. The cilantro and chard are a unique combination with the added lemon; I use vegetable boullion instead of beef...and no tomatoes!
Yummy Cobbler for Brunch
Delicious over pound cake or vanilla ice cream, this sweet-tart sauce will keep in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Easy, and so delicious...I found this in an old health cookbook and substituted spinach and broccoli for the original asparagus. I also like a little cilantro mixed in with the regular parsely. The broth from this is divine!
After a visit to a local farm, I had to decide what to do with some sweet yellow tomatoes...so I made this one up! The combination of cumin, lime and smoky mozzarella is wonderfully refreshing.
