I had this recipe at a shower over 20 years ago and since then has been a must have at holiday's, graduation parties and get-togethers. I use a glass 9x13-inch dish and after it's done it's really pretty to look at and even better to eat..
It is Better if You use vanilla and not vanilla bean ice cream. Thanks for trying my ice cream recipe. :)
My sister made this and I have been making it because my kids ask me for it all the time. It is really good.
The cooking time is for the prep time and the baking time. If you would like you can add more pretzels, pecans or m&m's. I use the twisted pretzels also.
This is a tasty easy meal in the crock pot.. The family loves this so thought I would share..I use cut up chicken and usually use the broth because it gives it really good flavor. Also I add more than the 2 carrots and celery stalks.
This is for those who love noodles and sauerkraut. It never lasts long so thought I would share it.. :)
If you like more butter you can add 2 more tablespoons with the onion while you are cooking it.
Got this out of quick cooking years ago and it is a really easy, fast tasting meal. Tastes like a pot pie :) Also you can sub turkey for chicken and I use already cooked cubed chicken and it's great on game days..
My girlfriend got me hooked on these, they are similiar to another recipe here but I use a roll of chocolate chip cookie dough.. Very addictive :)
Note the peanut butter cups are the miniature ones. If you would like you can also put hershey kisses on some of them but didn't add that in the ingredients.
Also I buy the 100 mini size of the reynolds baking cups and use them for this recipe.
This is simplicity at its best. Served with cornbread and brownies, you get pure comfort food.
I add extra basil and if you don't like split pea soup, substitute dried navy beans for split peas. Soak the navy beans overnight and increase first cook time to 2 hours and then stir in celery and carrots and continue to cook as directed.
Also I add extra vegetables. Enjoy!
I got this out of a magazine and am going to make it for thanksgiving but wanted to share it with you all. This is adorable and would make a cute centerpiece with cracker's and cheese!
I am going to make it with black olives, pimento and kalamata olives.. Prep time is a guess..
When our daughter played basketball one of the mom's brought this to a dinner and I have been making it ever since. You can also use your favorite candy bar ie: butterfinger etc. I also put it in a trifle bowl and it's the hit of the party.
I got this recipe from my sister in law years ago and is the only baked bean recipe I make.. It is really good..
note you can use whatever brand pork and beans you desire and if you want you can add grated cheddar cheese on them before you bake them.
Also the tomato soup is 10 and 3/4 oz..
I have made this for years and everyone loves it. I add more tomato sauce then called for and spices depending how spicy you like it. I also double the recipe so we can eat it more than one day. I also use 3-15 oz cans of tomato sauce based on me doubling this recipe and because we like it juicy.
If you would like you can top with shredded cheddar cheese..
I make this with grilled cheese and pb&j spriral's for a complete meal.
If you want to up the heat, add a can of chili's and put more chili powder
