I love making my own dressings because even if they contain the same amount of fat at least they don't have added chemicals and preservatives. This own is very easy and refreshing. Serve over salad greens. Yummy!!
Unfortunately I cannot take credit for these delicious muffins. This came from an old TOH magazine where someone had written in for this muffin recipe that they had tried at a restaurant called Curly Maple Resturaunt. These are perfectly moist and the kids gobble them up.
This is a little different than the other snack mixes listed. Chocolate does not agree with my kiddies so I can't include M&M's in any of my mixes :( I don't miss them with this yummy concoction though.
My husband always picks on me because I can eat nothing plain. I put a condiment on almost everything that goes into my mouth. (That might explain the excess weight around my middle) Anywho, this sauce really livens up angel food cake and is simple to throw together. From a 1996 issue of TOH.
I love baked rice pudding but it takes FOREVER...this version is super quick and has pretty good flavor for what it is. And just in case your wondering, it is not good if you make it with sugar free pudding..I tried it to save on calories, but it gives it a terrible aftertaste. Enjoy!!
This is a breakfast dish that my family loves. I usually only make a big breakfast on the weekends and this dish is requested often. I sometimes sprinkle shredded cheddar on top half way thru baking. Enjoy!!
This came from an old QC. The kids really enjoy making them and they are very cute. If I ever remember to take a picture of them, I'll post it. :) The original recipe called for currant jelly but we like raspberry.
I love pork with apples. This recipe combines them in such a yummy way. This is one of those that is pretty sweet so you do have to be in the mood, but still very very good. Prep time includes marinating time.
