Another recipe received from a client after begging for it after smelling the wonderful aroma when I walked in the door. You can use either pink or white marshmallows for the topping.

    Recipe #185920

I was given this recipe by my sons godmothers mother after tasting it at their house. This is no boring usual pub type pasta salad. Creamy, but awakens your tastebuds. Make it up and keep it in the fridge for later use.

    Recipe #144029

Haven't made these yet, but they look irresistable and so tempting. If you get to bake them before me let me know what you think. Perfect afternoon tea fare. This recipe comes from Family Circle's Biscuit and Slices book.

    Recipe #142120

Mum made these all the time when we were little. Very easy to make and taste great.

    Recipe #142118

So simple, yet so satisfying. I had tried a very close version of this at a restaurant called 'The Homestead' many, many years ago and loved it. Lo and behold my sister made it at her place one night for tea. I made sure I got the recipe for it this time. The tad of curry makes this dish. Thanks sis!!

    Recipe #141997

Easy to remember, easy to make. PLEASE NOTE THAT I AM ONLY GUESSING ON HOW MUCH IT MAKES AND WHAT SIZE PAN TO PUT IT IN. This can also be made in greased paper patty pans.

    Recipe #141995

Looking for something special to present on a plate for that special occasion coming up, that looks like you've been in the kitchen for hours but you really haven't? You'll have your guests drooling over these beautiful looking sweet treats. Super easy to make, my type of cooking! Recipe was clipped from New Idea magazine. NB: Contains nuts for the allergic.

    Recipe #141994

These are not your average cheesy ham muffins. They have a wonderful flavour and texture because of the jarlsberg and rice. Served warm with butter they are just devine. This recipe has lots of added options like adding chives, parley, onion whatever your tastebuds are calling for. Enjoy!

    Recipe #133878

I havent tried these yet, but they sound like the "grown up" version of chocolate crackles. Very simple to make. Very little effort involved. Sounds like my type of cooking then. I got this recipe from "taste and see" magazine. It's one of those magazines that the local Country Womens Association prints. Wonderful if you like the traditional recipes from yesteryear.

    Recipe #133876

I wasn't too sure when I first made this but it's an awesome dessert to make for a cold winters night. Just the right amount of filling and crumble topping. If you dont like nuts or allergic to them never fear the crumble tastes almost the same without them. I have also been known to omit the mango nectar and it's just fine without that too! Give it a go and try it for yourself. I think you'll be rapt with the results and hear lots of "Can I have some more pleeease".

    Recipe #133875

Great for brunch, kids lunches or just a snack. Try these I think you'll love them.

    Recipe #129838

This one will get the taste buds going.

    Recipe #129837

If you love chocolate cake you have to try this one. You'll be converted forever. This chocolate cake is made with chocolate pudding mix, but it's not a pudding! The recipe was passed on to me by one of my clients. I thought I made a great chocolate cake until I tried this one, now it's the only one we will use and it's just sooo very easy to make, so light to taste, so chocolatey and stays fresh for ages. I also use this recipe to make cupcakes for the kids lunches. It's a sure winner for all. Hope you enjoy.

    Recipe #129836

This was an all time favoutite for me when I was growing up, now I have my own kids and they love it just as much. If you like quick, easy, tasty recipes for main meals and you like tuna than this is for you. I have no idea where this recipe originated from and have never seen it publicated so it could be one of my mums inventions. Hope you enjoy!
